Before you subscribe
- Free trial: 14 days, no credit card. After the trial an unpaid workspace is read-only (you can still sign in, view everything and upgrade) and nothing is deleted. During the trial you can use up to 2 projects, 3 team members, 2 GB file storage, and 15 total minutes of built-in audio/video calling per workspace (maximum 2 participants).
- Calling & meetings: All plans include chat and external meeting links. Built-in calls support up to 4 participants on Professional and 8 on Enterprise (1 active call per workspace, no recordings). During the 14-day trial you get the meeting features of the plan you chose. Starter does not include built-in calls.
- File uploads & storage: Uploaded files are stored privately for your workspace (2 GB on Trial, 10 GB on Starter, 100 GB on Professional, 1 TB on Enterprise). Files are automatically deleted after 30 days. Download anything you need to keep; your messages, invoices, projects and business records are preserved.
- Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Existing subscribers keep their subscribed rate while active. Payments are processed by a trusted payment processor, so Merci Apps never sees or stores your card number.
- Cancel any time: Manage or cancel your subscription from your billing settings. See the Terms of Service for details on renewals and refunds.
